How do I re-subscribe (Opt-in), to start receiving emails again?
If you previously unsubscribed and want to start receiving emails again:
- Confirm your status by visiting our Check Your Email Subscription page. You must login to verify your CDA Membership to continue.
- Enter your email address to check your subscription status. No need to press Enter.
- If you are unsubscribed, blue text will appear that reads: Looks like you’ve opted out of email communication. Click here to get an email and opt back in.
- If this text appears, click the blue text to receive a confirmation email.
- Next, check your inbox. To complete the process, you will need to click the link in the subscription confirmation email.
- If you do not see the blue text above after entering your email, you are currently subscribed and no further action is needed.
- If you are unsubscribed, blue text will appear that reads: Looks like you’ve opted out of email communication. Click here to get an email and opt back in.
How do I update my email subscription preferences?
To manage your CDA marketing email subscriptions, please do the following:
- Confirm your status by visiting our Check Your Email Subscription page. You must login to verify your CDA Membership to continue.
- Enter your email address to check your subscription status.
- Click the Check my email subscriptions button to receive a confirmation email.
- Click the “Manage Preferences” link in the footer of your confirmation email
- You will be directed to your email subscription preferences page, where you can:
- Update your topic preferences to receive specific types of emails.
- Unsubscribe from all emails

How do I unsubscribe from some or all marketing emails?
If you would like to stop receiving certain email topics or all communications, follow these steps:
- Click the “Manage Preferences” link in the footer of any email from CDA.
- You will be directed to your email subscription preferences page, where you can:
- Update your topic preferences to receive specific types of emails.
- Unsubscribe from all emails
