Need to manage your CDA email marketing preferences?

If you previously unsubscribed and want to start receiving emails again:

  • Confirm your status by visiting our Check Your Email Subscription page. You must login to verify your CDA Membership to continue.
  • Enter your email address to check your subscription status. No need to press Enter.
    • If you are unsubscribed, blue text will appear that reads: Looks like you’ve opted out of email communication. Click here to get an email and opt back in.
      1. If this text appears, click the blue text to receive a confirmation email.
      2. Next, check your inbox. To complete the process, you will need to click the link in the subscription confirmation email.
    • If you do not see the blue text above after entering your email, you are currently subscribed and no further action is needed.

 

To manage your CDA marketing email subscriptions, please do the following:

  1. Confirm your status by visiting our Check Your Email Subscription page. You must login to verify your CDA Membership to continue.
  2. Enter your email address to check your subscription status.
  3. Click the Check my email subscriptions button to receive a confirmation email.
  4. Click the “Manage Preferences” link in the footer of your confirmation email
    • You will be directed to your email subscription preferences page, where you can:
      1. Update your topic preferences to receive specific types of emails.
      2. Unsubscribe from all emails

If you no longer have access to your last CDA email, please contact our Member Relations team at contactcda@cda.org.

If you would like to stop receiving certain email topics or all communications, follow these steps:

  • Click the “Manage Preferences” link in the footer of any email from CDA.
  • You will be directed to your email subscription preferences page, where you can:
    1. Update your topic preferences to receive specific types of emails.
    2. Unsubscribe from all emails
